Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Property Inspections, a sole proprietorship registered in Belgium, with company number (KBO) 1030635193 and VAT number BE1030635193. By using our services, the client accepts these terms.

1. Definitions

Service Provider: Property Inspections.
Client: any natural or legal person requesting services from Property Inspections.
Service: all property inspections, reports, assessments, and related activities.

2. Services

Property Inspections provides independent and objective property inspections. Reports are prepared with care and professionalism and reflect the state of the property at the time of inspection.

3. Prices

All prices are listed in euros and exclude VAT unless otherwise indicated. Rates may vary depending on property type, location, and required time. Any additional costs (travel, waiting time, extra rooms) will be communicated in advance.

4. Payment

Invoices are payable within 14 days from the invoice date, unless agreed otherwise. For private clients, payment is required in advance or on the day of the appointment.

8. Rescheduling or Cancellation by Property Inspections

In case of force majeure (illness, accident, technical issues, unsafe conditions, traffic delays, or other unforeseen events), Property Inspections reserves the right to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Paid amounts will be refunded in full if services cannot be provided.

9. Intellectual Property

All reports, texts, and photos remain the property of Property Inspections until full payment. It is prohibited to copy, modify, or use any content commercially without written consent.

10. Privacy & Data Processing

We process personal data in compliance with GDPR. The full privacy policy is available on our website.

11. Complaints

Complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days after delivery of the report. After this period, reports are deemed fully accepted.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed exclusively by Belgian law. Disputes shall be handled by the competent courts of the judicial district of Antwerp.
