Scope

These terms apply to all services provided by Property Inspections, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Services

Property Inspections conducts independent and objective property inspections. All reports are prepared with care and professionalism.

Prices

The current prices for our services are listed on the Services page of our website. All amounts are expressed in euros. If VAT applies, this will be clearly indicated with the price.

Payment

All services must be paid in advance. An appointment is only considered final once payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellation

Cancellations must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur additional costs.

Disputes

These terms are exclusively governed by Belgian law. Disputes shall be handled by the competent courts of the judicial district of Antwerp.
