We provide property inspections and condition reports for different types of properties. Below you will find an overview of our services and rates. All prices are shown both excluding and including VAT.


Studio

Compact inspection for a studio, ideal for students or first-time tenants, with open living space, kitchen, and bathroom.

Note: For additional spaces such as an extra bedroom, basement, garage, or garden, a surcharge may apply. This will always be clearly agreed upon in advance, so you will never face any surprises.

Payment information and conditions

Our rates are per person and apply to each inspection we carry out. This means that both the landlord and the tenant can be responsible for payment, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

The purpose of this arrangement is to guarantee an objective and independent inspection, with both parties involved in the process. For example:

  • Apartment 2 bedrooms: €210 excl. VAT / €254,10 incl. VAT per person
  • House: €280 excl. VAT / €338,80 incl. VAT per person

In practice, the landlord may take full responsibility for the payment, or the tenant and landlord may share the costs. If another arrangement is agreed between the parties beforehand, we will of course adapt accordingly.

Important: The inspection is only considered final and legally binding once the payment has been correctly received. This ensures that all parties have certainty regarding the validity of the document.
