Payment Information and Conditions
Our rates are charged per party. For an inspection report, the landlord and the tenant are considered two separate parties. Each party is therefore responsible for their own portion of the cost unless a different arrangement is agreed in advance.
This system ensures an objective, independent, and legally reliable inspection report. Here are some concrete examples:
- 2-bedroom apartment: €170 excl. VAT / €205.70 incl. VAT per party
(one invoice for the landlord + one for the tenant) - House: €245 excl. VAT / €296.45 incl. VAT per party
(one invoice for the landlord + one for the tenant)
How are invoices prepared?
By default, invoices are issued separately for each party:
- The landlord receives an invoice for their share.
- The tenant receives a separate invoice for their share.
If both parties agree beforehand that one party will cover the full cost (for example only the landlord or only the tenant), then:
- One combined invoice is issued in the name of that party.
- The full total (both shares together) is included in that single invoice.
All arrangements are always confirmed clearly in advance so both parties know exactly what is planned.
Important: The inspection report becomes final and legally binding only once the payment has been fully and correctly received. This guarantees the legal validity of the document and protects both parties.
Why do we charge per party?
- Independence: both parties contribute, ensuring complete neutrality.
- Objectivity: no single party has financial dominance.
- Transparency: each party knows exactly what their share is.
We ensure a process that is transparent, professional, and legally compliant, guaranteeing an accurate, independent, and reliable inspection report at all times.
