Which personal data do we process?
Depending on your contact, reservation or assignment, we may process the following data:
- Identification and contact details: name, email address, telephone number.
- Address details: property address and/or billing details.
- Reservation/assignment details: date, type of service, remarks you provide.
- Billing data: invoice number, payment status, accounting information.
- Photos and report data: photos and findings required for the report.
- Technical data (limited): IP address and log data for website security and operation (if applicable).

With whom do we share your data?
We never sell your data. We only share data when necessary for our services, to comply with legal obligations or with processors working for us under appropriate agreements.

- Payments: payment provider (e.g. Mollie).
- Communication: email services for confirmations and documents.
